We use the data you provide to authenticate your account, maintain your session, generate forecasts, assess cash risk, surface recommendations, and improve product reliability and security.

Uploaded financial data is used to generate the dashboards, projections, alerts, recommendations, and supporting explanations you see inside IronTreasury.

We process information because it is necessary to provide the service you requested, protect the platform, respond to support requests, comply with legal obligations, and pursue legitimate business interests such as security, product improvement, and service reliability.

We use cookies and similar session mechanisms to keep you signed in, protect your account, remember workspace context, and support core product functionality.

These technologies may support authentication and session continuity, analytics and usage measurement, and product functionality such as maintaining selected businesses, groups, or onboarding state.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers that help us operate the product, such as hosting, cloud infrastructure, storage, authentication, monitoring, logging, analytics, email delivery, customer support, and security vendors.

We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, the public, or the service.

For security, fraud prevention, debugging, and reliability, we may collect logs and metadata such as IP address, device type, browser type, request timing, page activity, and similar technical information generated when you use the service.

Your information may be processed or stored in the United States or other jurisdictions where IronTreasury or its service providers operate. Those jurisdictions may have different data protection laws than your home jurisdiction.

We retain data for as long as needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request account or data deletion by contacting us.

Backups, logs, and security copies may persist for a limited time after a deletion request while normal retention and recovery cycles complete.

• You may contact us with privacy, access, correction, or deletion requests.

IronTreasury relies on third-party infrastructure and operational providers, including cloud hosting, data storage, logging, monitoring, analytics, authentication, support tools, and email delivery vendors, to run the service. Those providers may process data on our behalf under contractual controls.

If IronTreasury is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law and any continuing commitments in this policy.

IronTreasury is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13.
